Quick answers

Why does every plan have the same features?

Because we don't want you choosing a plan based on which feature we've decided to hold hostage. You're picking a plan based on how many teammates you have — that's it. Inside the app, what people can see or do is controlled by their role (owner, admin, manager, supervisor, employee), not by the size of your subscription. As Coordinex grows we may add tier-specific capabilities; if we do, you'll get 30 days' notice first.

What counts as a "teammate"?

Anyone in your organization with an active Coordinex account — employees, supervisors, managers, admins, and the owner all count. Deactivated users do not. You can invite and deactivate freely to stay within your plan's cap.

How do I cancel?

In iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Coordinex → Cancel. Apple handles the refund window per their standard policy. We don't gate the cancel button behind a chat agent.

Can I change plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the in-app billing screen. Apple prorates the difference automatically.

Is there a free trial?

The Free plan is your trial — no time limit, no credit card. When you cross 5 employees you'll be invited to upgrade.

Refunds?

All paid plans go through Apple's StoreKit. Apple handles refund requests via support.apple.com/billing. Scale (invoice) is refundable per the contract.

Do you have an Android app?

Android is on the roadmap. We're starting with iOS to make sure we ship a great native experience first.
